DMCA Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
ABD Web Tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on abdwebtools.com that you believe infringes your copyright.
1. Our position
Our tools process content in your browser or transiently on our servers to return a result; we do not operate a public file host or content library. If you nevertheless find material on our site that infringes your copyright, we will act promptly on a valid notice.
2. Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to dmca@abdwebtools.com including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
We review valid notices and typically remove or disable access to the reported material within a reasonable time, and notify the party who supplied it where possible.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We may restore the material if the complainant does not pursue legal action.
5. Repeat infringers and misuse
We terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may expose you to liability for damages and legal costs.
